The Southern KY Reentry Council has been hard at work behind the scenes in the 10 counties we serve with various activities and programs to make sure individuals re-entering our communities from incarceration are set up for success to lower recidivism rates and become an asset to our area. With Kentucky, unfortunately, ranking so high in addiction and overdose, we have got to do everything we can to fight this epidemic.
In 2019 we presented the Freedom through Recovery Rally. This event was the first of its kind in the area, and if you were fortunate enough to be present then you know it was a huge success! We were able to provide a fun day for families and hundreds of individuals in our 10-county community to celebrate those who have found success in long-term recovery as well as support those who have been affected by loved ones struggling with addiction. This free event hosted service providers and information about treatment options, sober living, reentry services, mental health providers, workforce partners, friends, and families who wanted to help support and give back to the community. We are fortunate in this area to have a strong recovery community, but without public knowledge that is somewhat of a hidden gem. We want to make our presence known and highlight our successes!
The Freedom through Recovery Rally, the anticipation, and excitement for this event are building every day! We want to allow you to get involved in the front end of the planning stages and sponsorship opportunities. Together, we can eliminate the stereotypes, raise awareness, and increase support through another positive experience. With the support of community sponsors like you or your organization, we can ensure that we have another phenomenal event. We would suggest utilizing one of our three levels of sponsorships:
- $2,500 Platinum (Premier Sponsor)
- $1,000- Gold level partner
- $500- Silver level supporter
- $250 – Bronze contributor
Any level or contribution is tax deductible, ensuring that your business or agency is highlighted in various ways throughout the publicity leading up to the event and the day of. We look forward to hearing from you soon and are looking forward to a great event at the FREEDOM THROUGH RECOVERY RALLY.
